Hard Drive Failure Recovery
| Services - Computer Support |
We work with our clients to establish a backup practice to protect them against data loss from hard drive failures. The techniques we use include regular backups, redundant hard disks and regular checkups and maintenance.
Quite often, we are called out to new clients who have suffered a hard drive failure and find that they did not have a backup plan. In those cases, we do an initial assessment to determine if it is possible to immediately recover the data. If that is not possible, then we send the drive to our lab for a detailed analysis. If the data is recoverable, you will receive a firm quote before we proceed. If you decide not to recover the data, your drive can be returned to you.
If you have experienced a hard drive failure, it is imperative to get the drive to recovery specialists before any additional data is lost or the drive incurs additional damage.
In many cases, we can recover data from devices such as flash drives.
