We will create a professionally designed starter website for you for as little as $499  The cost of a domain name and hosting is additional (approximately $100 per year)

You get:

• A 4 to 7  page site based on a standard template of your choice.

  • A home page with basic contact information. If you are local we can take pictures of your business to include in the home page.

  • 1 to 3 pages  with details about your products or services. This page is limited to the equivalent of three 8x10 pages

  • A customized contact form, This contact form will allow viewers to contact you using a customized form. The results of the contact form are then forwarded to your email. Forms with over 15 input fields may incur an additional fee.

  • A Site Map - This helps search engines find your site

  • A search page if appropriate

• Assistance in registering your domain name  (e.g. www.yourcompany.com). We will assist you in submitting the registration.

• Assistance in obtaining web hosting - We will help you locate web hosting that will meet your needs. You can host your site at the provider of your choice.  We will connect your domain name to the host for your website.

• Stock and custom photographs - We will a shoot a limited number of custom photos and will provide access to a limited selection of our stock photography.

• Submission to the basic search engines and selected web directories. We will submit your site to those search engines that really count.

• Consultation on how to integrate your website with your business. We'll make sure that you get the most out of your new website. We'll explain how to brand your site, how to deal with customers via the web and how to monitor it's performance.

• Custom email addresses. It is critical to have professional email addresses that correspond to your domain name. We will set up the email accounts and show you how to access the mail.

• Sites are designed with Microsoft's Frontpage 2003, an industry standard website development tool

• All sites will be created with relevant keywords and descriptions to allow the search engines to find and list your site

• The site is fully scalable. That means that you can add to it as you want, when you want.

• It takes time to build traffic to a website. By getting your site online now, you will begin establishing yourself in the search engines and building an awareness of your site.

• The pricing only includes the initial development of the site as stated above. Additional effort is fully billable.

• We will provide guidance in the writing of the copy, however, the client assumes all responsibility for the writing of copy.

• The client assumes all responsibility for domain name renewals.

• Out of scope items will be billed at our regular rates. Out of scope items would include things such as:

  • Secure server pages

  • Additional pages

  • Development of custom buttons.

  • Custom forms

•  Website visibility is highly competitive. We will make every effort to build a robust site. However, we cannot guarantee results.
