PalmOne Zire 31Aug 2005The PalmOne Zire 31 is a low end color PDA. It's light, the screen is excellent and it has the power we need. It comes with 16 Megabytes of Memory, a 200Mhz Intel processor, 160 x 160 Color display, The connection is via a mini Usb Connector. The Grafitti alphabet has been improved somewhat. You have the option to beam information to compatible devices. If you add a 3.5 MM Headphone, you can listen to MP3s (If you download the appropriate software such as Realplayer). The unit has a rechargeable battery. We liked the ability to add photos to the photo album. The process is straightforward. There is a notepad that will let you scribble notes in a bitmapped format. The rubber cover took a little getting used to. This model includes the ability to lock the keys to prevent accidental clicks. Tips
